Ortho48 v2 Keyboard Kit

About this keyboard

Ortho48 Keyboard Kit

Learn to solder and build a custom keyboard on a budget

The Ortho48 v2 is a keyboard kit that contains almost everything you need to build your own keyboard from scratch - just add switches, stabilizers, and keycaps, and you'll be good to go! It's meant to be a great starting point for beginners - this time in ortho layouts!

The Ortho48 is powered by an RP2040 onboard microcontroller running QMK with VIA compatibility out of the box. The PCB included supports per-key single color LED backlighting with south facing LEDs, but you'll have to provide your own LEDs to enable them.

And because the Ortho48 uses a daughterboard, you can pick if you want your USB port to be on the left side of the board, right side of the board, or right in the middle.
